In order to ensure a trouble-free and smooth return, please follow the following procedure:
Please contact us either via our Contact us page or directly via email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your wish to make a return.
We will provide you with a return number or authorisation and will supply to you the full postal address to which you should address your return.
Please then safely package your returned good(s) in the original condition in which they were supplied and sent to you. Please ensure that you accurately address your package and send it to us, as advised. For your own security and peace of mind, you are advised to register your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any returned goods that do not arrive with us.
When we receive your returned good(s), provided that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund of the cost of the good(s), in accordance with the provisions of our Terms and Conditions of Use.
